[Gdal-dev] ERMapper .ers ?

Thanks Tyler,

So, it appears that .ers is just a metadata format, whereas .ecw would
contain the real data.  I recall that GDAL can be configured to support ECW,
so that's probably what my user is asking for; the .ers probably isn't
relevant.
