Yes, although the grass package there currently does not work at all due
to some hard-coded paths. I will upload newer packages to that location
soon though.

Yes, I intend to do this. Right now I'm thinking there will be a
libgrass5.7, libgrass5.7-dev, and grass5.7. I have yet to package a
library though, so we'll see how that goes.
