Folks,

I'm afraid the gdal-120-ntbin.zip is missing a few key files.  I will remove
the link to it from the web site.

I would suggest the OpenEV_FW binary build series.  This includes GDAL and
many other tools.

eg.

   ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/gdal/openev/OpenEV_FW_174.zip
