[Gdal-dev] A build solution for VC7, gdal_vc7.zip, URL?

I have zipped a copy of the files i am using to:
 http://vterrain.org/dist/gdal_vc7.zip

Note that this version has support for libjpeg enabled (the previous version
didn't.)
