Doh!

The GDAL 1.2.2 release has been reissued and reuploaded.  Either edit
the "airsar" item out of your GDALmake.opt.in (or GDALmake.opt) or download
and use the updated 1.2.2 release.

AIRSAR Polarmetric format support is not yet ready.  The makefile change
slipped into CVS by accident.
