[Gdal-dev] Problem getting ECW SDK 3.1 working with gdal

Hey Brent,
Thanks for the update. I've just finished installing the Core SDK. Guess
what. Still no winhttp.h. 

I'll take this conversation over to the ERMapper forum since it really isn't
a gdal issue.
