Anyone have any suggestions for writing text into GeoTiffs? I'm considering using imagemagik to create a image with just the text and transparent everywhere else then gdal_translate translate to add gcps and gdalwarp to overlay the text on the output GeoTiff. Are there any other approaches? -e
