[Gdal-dev] ogr2ogr -f PostgreSQL for win32

Hello everybody

I use ogr2ogr in order to import Mapinfo files into postgresql

Today i need the same ogr2ogr with postgresql capabilities
I am not addict with win32 compil.
What is the best free compiler wich permit to compil mapserver or gdal etc... 
( don't want to buy visual C++)

Anybody now where i can download win32 binaries of gdal including postgresql 
capabilities??
