This suggestion is also required for TIFF images to work with the
ImageMagick Tools (at least version 6.1.4).  To use with gdalwarp, just
add to the command line:

   -co INTERLEAVE=PIXEL

Thanks, Frank!  Gdalwarp is extremely useful in my work.  Now it is even
more so.
