[Gdal-dev] GDAL 1.2.6 For MacOS X

Folks,

James Hopper has prepared an installer for GDAL 1.2.6 for MacOS X. 
I have placed this at:

 http://www.gdal.org/dl/GDAL-1.2.6.dmg

This package installs a GDAL framework for development as well
as installing the "normal" install tree under /usr/local for use of 
commandline utilities or as an alternative target to link against. 

Questions about MacOS X specific issues should be addressed to James.
