[Gdal-dev] OGR Georeference

As far as I know OGR has no capability to warp vectors.

One of the big problems is to automatically identify and extract the twp
corners from each of the DGNs (and the shapefile).  It might be "simple" if
they are points on a separate layer.

Then you need to calculate the warp transformations for each file and apply
it to the data in the file.

GlobalMapper (a commercial app) from http://www.globalmapper.com/ MIGHT be
able to calculate and apply the warp (using contol points and the rectify
function) to vector files using it's scripting capability.
