[Gdal-dev] date fields truncated using ogr2ogr to load shpfile into psql

Thanks for your reply Howard. I'm using gdal/ogr version 1.3.2, so I 
guess that a bug report is in order. I'll try to get a small test case 
together today and file the bug report.
