Daniel,

Bas Retsios from ITC was already working on a driver as it turns out, and
has agreed to help us incorporate it into the core.  So it won't be in
GDAL/OGR 1.4.0, but I think it will be incorporated into the 1.5.0
stream once 1.4.0 is out.  If practical, it might even be retrofit into
a 1.4.1 release.
