Tom, Angus,

I had the same problem when compiling the ECW SDK 3.3 RC 1 on Ubuntu 5.10
with GCC/G++ 4. The error never appeared on Debian 3.1 systems that use GCC
3.3. So I guess it could be related to the GCC/G++ compiler. But I hope this
problem will be fixed in newer releases.
