[Gdal-dev] [ANN] First release of GDAL/OGR for Windows CE

I`m trying to compile GdalCE but it says me:

cpl_port.h(181) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 
'cpl_config.h': No such file or directory

This line contains:
#include "cpl_config.h"

And it's true cpl_config.h does not appear anywhere.
