Hi,

I have a multi-plaform project working with openev and gdal/ogr.

Test files are in my CVS repository and seems to be broken when updated
on the Windows platform. They have been commited with -ko argument but
it doesn't change anything.

Here is the output of ogrinfo :

On Linux (Debian/Sid gdal 1.3.1) :

did at geru-itae:~/Documents/ucl/alert/python/alert/test/scenario2$ ogrinfo
polygones.shp
INFO: Open of `polygones.shp'
using driver `ESRI Shapefile' successful.
1: polygones (Polygon)

On Windows (XP with FWtools 1.0.9a - gdal 1.3.1 ):

C:\Program Files\FWTools1.0.0a9\bin>ogrinfo d:\ALERT\python\alert\test
\scenario2\polygones.shp
ERROR 1: Record count in .shp header is -12, which seems
unreasonable.  Assuming header is corrupt.

ith the following drivers.
  -> ESRI Shapefile
  -> UK .NTF
  -> SDTS

  -> MapInfo File
  -> DGN

  -> Memory
  -> CSV
  -> GML
  -> Interlis 1
  -> Interlis 2
  -> SQLite
  -> ODBC
  -> PGeo
  -> OGDI
  -> PostgreSQL
  -> MySQL

How can I solve this problem ?
