Hi Frank,

I've deleted the files from the repositories, then add them with -kb and
-ko but the problem stays.

I've tried the following : copy by scp the files from the same directory
on the linux laptop to the windows one --> ogrinfo works well. It's
definitely a problem of CVS but wich one ...

Sorry for polluting gdal-dev with such question.
