Hello,

I am running Mac OS X 10.4.6 on a Power Mac G5.  I've nearly managed  
to compile the latest CVS version of GDAL, but at the final link step  
I receive the following error:

ld: Undefined symbols:
__ZTIN4geos13GEOSExceptionE
/usr/bin/libtool: internal link edit command failed
....etc

I have GEOS 2.2.1 installed by fink, and I have indicated its  
location in the ./configure to GDAL.

A search did not turn up any references to this GEOSException  
symbol.  Any ideas how I can get around this problem - short of  
compiling without geos - would be much appreciated.
