[Gdal-dev] VRT format DTD/Schema and copy

Hi all,

I have  tried to use the .vrt format to "manually" georeference scanned 
maps. I have two questions about it:
- 1- Is there an official XML DTD or schema? If no, I may volunteer to 
write at least a DTD.
- 2- Is there a way to copy all layers of a source at once instead of 
specifying all layers? A kind of equivalent to :
"  poVRTDS = poDriver->CreateCopy( "", poSrcDS, FALSE, NULL, NULL, NULL 
);"
