[Gdal-dev] projection info in mapinfo tab files corrupt when specifying -a_srs or -s_srs and -t_srs in ogr2ogr

This may be related to a bug in the MITAB library which is used by OGR 
to read/write TAB files:

Perhaps try rebuilding gdal/ogr/ogrsf_frmts/mitab with 
-DMITAB_AFFINE_PARAMS (and then relink ogr2ogr) and see if the crash 
goes away.
