[Gdal-dev] ogr2ogr generate SQL sintax error

Ok thanks, I will report this bug.
BTW, what I am trying to do is to create a new shapefile from another
one, i.e., I must add, erase, rename fields from current shapeifle and
save it into new one . I wanted to do with Postgres, but  I have had
many problems with this. The question is: Can do that by another way?
