There is also GnuWin32 package with nice installers:

I use it on Windows box intensively.
Note, there are some issues with these tools, for example you have to
rename find.exe tool form GnuWin32 to something other,
because find/FIND is a build-in Windows command.
I usually rename it to findu.exe with 'u' like Unix :-)
