[Gdal-dev] Any advances in getting LFS under cygwin/windows?

I was just checking in to see if anyone had managed to get large file
support working for gdal under cygwin/windows?  Although cygwin claims LFS
for NTFS, as of 6 months ago we couldn't get GDAL to read large files beyond
the 2gb (or is it 4gb) threshold...
