This is a good idea.
I'll see how we could maintain common file list for both projects or may
be cmake can build for mobile devices using various compilers
shipped with Visual C++ 2005.

Nevertheless, I'd vote for cmake. If time will allow, I could provide my
5 cents in tweaking cmake configs and some maintenance work.
