[Gdal-dev] Motion: Committer Status for Bas Retsios

Folks,

I motion to extend committer status to Bas Retsios of ITC for the GDAL/OGR
project.

Bas has read and agreed to the RFC 3 guidelines and has already contributed
the MSG driver for GDAL as well as doing some work on the ILWIS driver.  Bas
is currently working on the GRIB driver.

I'll start with +1 from me.
