[Gdal-dev] bbox coordinates are not correctly read in CADRG files

Hi,

I'm using gdal to read CADRG files, but the bbox that gdalinfo outputs
don't seem to match what is in the file header.  I also found  the
following bugL http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/913 .  Has this been
addressed in recent builds of gdal?
