Yes, gdal/swig/php mentioned as not maintained, on the Wiki:

Perhaps you could drop a note about it to the Wiki page?

Ah, so if this is the same, then MS4W is mentioned on the Wiki.
Although, if you see there is anything (URLs, notes) missing,
I'd be thankful if you could updated it so there is a place we can
direct users interested in PHP bindings. Thanks in advance.
