[Gdal-dev] compile S-57 reader in ogrst_frmts

Dear All,

   I'm new to c++ programming. 

I would like to compile the S57reader.cpp inside the ogrsf_frmts folder but
in vain.
Could some one suggest the proper makefile.vc for that.
