[Gdal-dev] "Could not allocate enough memory" when translating VRT to ECW

Dear Frank,

While the error persists on my primary computer (WinXp 2GB Ram), I
haven't been able to reproduce the error on my other available computer
(Win64 3GB Ram). So I guess the error is somewhat hardware related,
which I think makes it difficult to file a decent bug report.

I'll give up for now, but I might return to the issue at a later time.

Best regards
Asger

Asger,

If you can file a bug sufficient for us to reproduce this, I could have
Mateusz do some digging. But it seems like the problems is deep in the
ECW SDK and it likely to be very hard for us to ferret out.

Best regards,
