[Gdal-dev] ArcSDE Raster plugin

Hi,
 
I would like to try out ArcSDE raster driver but it appears that compiling the plugin requires ArcSDE
C client headers and .lib. Are the header and lib redestributable and how one can access them ? Otherwise does the ArcSDE plugin .dll get built with the GDAL distributable build (Win32) ?
