[Gdal-dev] gdalinfo fails to report all info on netCDF file that resides in a different partition (Windows)

Hi,

The below two listings are self explanatory of the problem
In the first case I run grdinfo from D:\.. applied to a file which is C:\
In the second case I run C:\
