[Gdal-dev] Another NetCDF driver bug fix

Frank,

What do you think about asking the Unidata and/or CF folks if they are
interested in taking responsibility for the NetCDF driver?

There has been a lot of discussion and interest lately on geospatial
referencing conventions for NetCDF, and GDAL is a nice test
application.
