If there isn't any other mentor who is well experienced with OSM and who
would like to mentor Olga's project, then I'm willing to do it.

I'm not OSM guru at all. I've just read their specifications and
documents on the OSM Wiki while considering to implement such driver
myself, but I believe I can offer enough experience with OGR and leave
hacking the OSM part to Olga :-)

p.s. Olga, are you monitoring this list?
