[gdal-dev] Rubber Sheeting.

Hi All,

Just wondering if this use case for geo-tagging a file with no 
geo-information in it; I was wondering if there was anyway I could 
"Rubber sheet" a tiff file to provide some geolocating information. I am 
currently considering building this use-case into our system however it 
would save me some extra work if GDAL could just do it for me.
