[gdal-dev] Nodata Raster Calue

I have a Jp2 16 Bit Image [ GreyScale ]

This has a NoData value ... I want to change the NoData value to White 
Color

Can anyone let me know the Syntax for getting this done thru 
GDAL_TRANSLATE
