[gdal-dev] fwtools problem

Hi

For some reason unknown to me it seems I cant get fwtools2.1.0 to function.

I installed it directly under c:\

Once in the shell I setup the following command:
ogr2ogr -f "KML" mykml.kml PG:"user=xxx dbname=xxx host=localhost
password=xxx port=xxx"  postgislayer

Failure Message:
Unable to open datasource 'xxx' with the following drivers.
"List of all drivers"
