[gdal-dev] gdal_grid: taking a value from feature attribute

Andrey,

I think the 'field' option name would better conform to the OGR
terminology. You could also denote that this will make up the z value
during the grid creation.
So I think '-zfield' or '-zvalue' would be a better choice.
