Brad,

Can you confirm that you are operating using the C# bindings for OGR?
Your code looks ok to me, but I'm not completely clear on the built-in
disposal logic for features in C#.

Also, you don't seem to have mentioned the GDAL/OGR version which could
be important to diagnosing the problem.
