[gdal-dev] ogr option-spat

Weird to say why it doesn't work when you don't know yourself what it
should really do...

This option (and not function) is designed to extract a specific extent
of your input data when using ogr2ogr.

Actually it SHOULD work as I use it really often. Check your
data/values/result, and provide more precise test case if it doesn't.
