[gdal-dev] Version of lib HDF5 Included in Gdal 1.62

Hi,

To install the plugins, you should set GDAL_DRIVER_PATH to point to the
plugin directory ie:

SET GDAL_DRIVER_PATH=[package dir]\bin\gdal\plugins

or

create a \gdalplugins directory from where the executable is running any
copy the plugin dll-s into this directory.
