no luck.

However, when I give the full path:

ogrinfo gltp:/vrf/Users/cbarker/Temp/DNC/DNC16/A1611290/

I get:


vpf_open_table: error opening </Users/cbarker/Temp/DNC/DNC16/A1611290/LAT>

vpf_open_table: error opening </Users/cbarker/Temp/DNC/DNC16/A1611290/LAT>

which is a little better -- and indeed there is no "LAT" or "lat" in 
there -- maybe I don't have a fell set? Though I just downloaded it, and 
it sure looks like everything is there. Not that I"m sure what everythig 
is supposed to be.

Maybe I'll try on Windows...
