[gdal-dev] ESRI file geodatabase support

Matt,

    although we were told at the time that the EMEA 2008 Proceedings would be 
put online, I've yet to see them or hear of the result - I was a speaker and 
submitted my materials on time and as requested and that seems to have been the 
end of the story.
