[gdal-dev] BuildOverviews fails gor Jpeg-compressed TIFF

Have you made these changes after the 1.7.2 release?

I have tested some more.
The problem occurs when I use PHOTOMETRIC=YCBCR, not when I use =RGB.
I've tried setting INTERLEAVE=PIXEL too, but that didn't help (yes, I know
it's the default).
Anything else I can try?
