[gdal-dev] VRT file from NetCDF

Yves, just out of curiosity, which gdal version are you using?  You
might consider trying the dev version (1.9) as the netcdf driver has a
quite a few fixes.

Please also send me the netcdf and vrt file (or post them somewhere).
