[gdal-dev] how to build GDAL180 64-bit on VS2008

Dear sir, 
I've been trying to build GDAL180 64-bit on VS2008 but there are always 163 errors and 2052 warnings. I uncomment WIN64=YES, and try all the ways found on internet, such as commenting ODBC, deleting '@XX' in line 47-50 of makefile.vc, setting up VC++ directories for platform 'x64'. However, errors appear just as before.
