[gdal-dev] DXF Writer and labels: encoding, angle and anchor position?

HI, 
I want angle(rotation) information from dgn. 
I am using ogr2ogr tool .
I AM GETTING LEVEL,COLOR ,WEIGHT,STYLE BUT I M NOT GETTING ANGLE COLUMN..
source is .dgn file and destinatation kml or postgres.
tool is ogr2ogr.
Help me to solve this problem..
