Renaming the driver at this point should be ok.  The
driver name is mainly used for creation operations so
if we don't yet support creation it isn't going to break
existing scripts when it changes.

If it would break a lot of stuff, I'd have suggested registering
it twice - once under each name.

I'm looking forward to improvements.  I presume you are
in communication with Jorge who has done most of the
previous work, right?  I think he mentioned the two of you
are collaborating.
