[gdal-dev] Can't convert .dgn file to shape file by using ogr2ogr

I tried as you said, but still got the error:

/C:\dc16>ogr2ogr Dc16_lines.shp Dc16.dgn -where "ORG_GEOMETRY =
'LINESTRING'" -nl
n Dc16_lines

ERROR 1: Failed to identify field:ORG_GEOMETRY
Warning 6: Normalized/laundered field name: 'GraphicGroup' to 'GraphicGro'
ERROR 1: Attempt to write non-linestring (POINT) geometry to ARC type
shapefile.

ERROR 1: Terminating translation prematurely after failed
translation of layer elements (use -skipfailures to skip errors)/
