[gdal-dev] convert dwg/dgn to raster/vector files (windows)

thanks, yes that makes sence ;-)

so basically with the dwg library I should be able to make the conversion
using gdal, correct? As far as I know the library is available only to
the open design alliance members (paid membership) correct?

Regarding the dgn format, it should be able to read it and convert it to
for example svg/png format. Am I right?
