Thx for response.
Meanwhile I spoke with on of the author of GML topology driver reader and
understand that the information in the temporary db was not interesting to
me.

I was interest in the PAL topology information available in the topology
GML .
But it is not available in that file.

So I will do a my specific parser to extract this information from GML.
